The driving force behind Bastruct, David brings decades of industry experience and a relentless commitment to quality craftsmanship. He leads every project with purpose, guiding the team and mentoring the next generation of builders. For clients and crew alike, David is the reason Bastruct feels more like a family than just a company.

VICTORIA UPEGUI — CO-FOUNDER & PR MANAGER

Better known as Vics (or “the real boss” to David), Victoria ensures our clients always receive the service and care they deserve. With a passion for communication and an eye for detail, she keeps Bastruct’s marketing sharp and our reputation strong.

SEBASTIAN MANACHIAN — SITE SUPERVISOR

On site, everyone just calls him Seb. Young, sharp, and never afraid to get his hands dirty, Seb brings energy, precision, and a keen eye for quality to every build. He’s proof that the future of construction is in very good hands.

MICHAEL GITTANY — PROJECT MANAGER

Known to all as Mick, he’s a straight shooter with decades of building experience. With patience, precision, and a wealth of know-how, Mick ensures every detail is spot on. If it’s built by Bastruct, there’s a good chance Mick had a hand in it.

LIDIANE BACHEGA — PROJECT & DESIGN COORDINATOR

AKA Lidi, she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. From interior design input to social media campaigns and contract management, her structured approach keeps projects organised and the whole team on track.

SOLEDAD MILOCCO — CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Or simply Sol. Our customer service queen, she makes sure clients are always in the loop with their project and bends over backwards to keep every experience stress-free. With Sol on your side, you’ll always know exactly where your build stands.
